Blowing, raking and collecting fallen leaves from the agreed lawn areas, edges and accessible spaces.
- Garden-bed and hedge cleanup
Leaf blowouts from garden beds, around hedges and in rock areas where included, with care around existing plants and mulch.
- Final mowing and trimming
A final seasonal cut and trim when conditions allow, followed by cleanup of clippings from hard surfaces.
- Bagging and green-waste handling
We confirm whether material goes in available green bins, is bagged for pickup or is removed as a quoted extra.
Need additional work? Ask about lawn aeration, suitable fall fertilizer or garden-bed maintenance. Optional services are added only when included in your quote.

Fall cleanup is generally scheduled in October. We consider tree cover, leaf drop and weather when planning the visit. Heavily treed properties may need more than one cleanup.

When do you carry out fall cleanups?
Fall cleanups are generally scheduled in October, around leaf drop and weather. Regular weekly mowing ends September 30, so the fall cleanup is booked separately. Heavily treed properties may benefit from more than one visit.
How much does a fall yard cleanup cost?
The quote depends on the areas to be cleaned, leaf volume, access, final mowing and green-waste handling. Send your address and a few current photos so we can review the property and provide a clear scope and price.
Do you take away the leaves and cleanup bags?
Green-waste handling is confirmed in your quote. Material may go in available green bins, be bagged for pickup or be removed for an additional charge. Please tell us whether you want bag removal included.
Does fall cleanup include a final lawn cut?
Final mowing and trimming can be included when the lawn and weather conditions allow. We use a suitable cutting height for the existing turf rather than scalping the lawn before winter.
Can I arrange fall cleanup and snow removal together?
Yes, subject to address fit and seasonal route availability. Both services can be included in a property-care plan, with the scope, service dates and billing terms confirmed in your written quote.
